First Semester:

  1. Students Registration: Friday, 31st March – Monday, 8th May 2023 (8 Weeks)
    The registration period for students will span eight weeks, allowing ample time for enrollment.
  2. Matriculation Exercise: Friday, 19th May 2023 (1 Day)
    The matriculation ceremony is a one-day event, welcoming new students to the university.
  3. First Semester Lectures: Monday, 8th May – Saturday, 22nd July 2023 (11 Weeks)
    First Semester lectures will last for 11 weeks, providing comprehensive coverage of the curriculum.
  4. Revision: Monday, 24th July – Saturday, 29th July 2023 (1 Week)
    A one-week revision period will be provided for students to review and prepare for their examinations.
  5. First Semester Examination: Monday, 31st July – Saturday, 12th August 2023 (2 Weeks)
    The First Semester examinations will be held over a two-week period.
  6. Meeting for Examination Misconduct: Monday, 14th August 2023 (1 Day)
    A one-day meeting will be held to address any examination misconduct issues.
  7. First Semester Break: Sunday, 13th August – Sunday, 27th August 2023 (2 Weeks)
    Students will enjoy a two-week break before the commencement of the Second Semester.

Second Semester:

  1. Second Semester Lectures: Monday, 28th August – Saturday, 7th October 2023 (6 Weeks)
    The Second Semester lectures will last for six weeks before the Mid-Semester Break.
  2. Mid-Semester Break: Sunday, 8th October – Sunday, 15th October 2023 (1 Week)
    A one-week break will be observed in the middle of the Second Semester.
  3. Continuation of Second Semester Lectures: Monday, 16th October – Saturday, 11th November 2023 (4 Weeks)
    After the break, lectures will resume for an additional four weeks.
  4. Revision: Monday, 13th November – Saturday, 18th November 2023 (1 Week)
    A one-week revision period will be provided for students to review and prepare for their Second Semester examinations.
  5. Second Semester Exams: Monday, 20th November – Saturday, 2nd December 2023 (2 Weeks)
    The Second Semester examinations will be held over a two-week period.
  6. Meeting for Examination Misconduct: Monday, 4th December 2023 (1 Day)
    A one-day meeting will be held to address any examination misconduct issues.
  7. End of Session Break: Sunday, 3rd December 2023 – Sunday, 14th January 2024
    Students will have a break before the commencement of the next academic session.
